The “Auntie Morning Scholarship” was founded in 2008.  Keith and Lorna “Morning” Mahony wanted to give in need youth the opportunity to be able to participate in a sport that they may not otherwise be able to.  This scholarship was also designed to give these individuals a positive activity that they can take the skills and lessons learned and apply to all areas in the future.    

The Mahony’s are avid golfers.  Keith and Lorna both have given countless hours to the annual Meadowood Golf Tournament.  It is their love for the game combined with the desire to guide youth in a positive direction that prompted them to once again make such a generous donation.
